1. Our Commitment
Sing The Easy Way considers the environmental effects of how its online coaching service is delivered. This policy describes the current approach and does not make quantified carbon, offset or net-zero claims.
2. Online coaching
Coaching is delivered online through the Microsoft Teams app. This means clients do not need to travel to an in-person lesson venue. It does not eliminate all travel or energy use associated with the service.
3. Digital materials
Lesson notes and related materials may be handled digitally, including in Microsoft 365 and private lesson folders. Online delivery and digital tools still use energy and third-party services.
4. Review
This policy can be reviewed as the service changes. No renewable-energy, carbon-offset, provider-sustainability or emissions-reduction programme is claimed here.
